Interview process was fairly pain free. Questions were comparable to the job. A few of my questions were skirted around and not truly answered, which I found odd but brushed it off. They decided to move forward with the process of background check. One team didn't speak with the other along the way. Clearance came back and was instructed to start training process. Hadn't even received an offer. No way was I going to start training for something I wasn't getting paid to do. Took another two weeks to learn the job description was wrong and they had to go another route. So if they had hired me, they may have had to let me go within weeks because the job description was copy and pasted from another contract and didn't fit the contract they were trying to hire for.
