I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Echo Global Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2023
Interview
First HR rep I dealt with was great, really great and accommodating answered any questions I had. But In my last interview was supposed to be an hour long prepped myself for it and was ready. The guy I worked with seemed completely uninterested zoomed through the questions and made a rude comment on one of my answers. Interview ended in 10 min. Right after the interview I get an email 5-10min saying they are going with another candidate. Did not seem like much consideration went into my interview.

Interview
Sample sales pitch, ask about experience etc, It was relatively straightforward. It was relatively brief and pretty simple. I would recommend looking up how to do a mock sales pitch and practicing a few random scenarios
