Interview process was really smooth. As I was not based out in Noida , so the interview was conducted over the phone . The person on the other side of the phone made me very comfortable. SO overall a good experience

1. Basic Progress 4GL questions are being asked.
2. Basic understanding of locking & transaction is a must.
3. HTML\java\JS is an advantage.

Interview
I have joined the Echo as a fresher. There was 4 rounds, in the first round we have been given 4-5 programs to code, then we have an aptitude round, after that we had a face to face technical round, then we have an HR round. Technical questions were basics of programming languages such as Java. Aptitude round has MCQs for the quantitative aptitude questions.

Interview
Interview took place in 3 rounds. 1. Aptitude and programming test. 2. Technical Interview 3. Final Round(Kind of HR). First round was a 2 hours pen paper test with 60 questions of GA and programming (30+30). In second round some technical questions were asked about software development. The third round was a general HR round.
