I applied for this roll with Echo&Co in 2021. The first round interview was an online form, then they contacted me and set up 4 1-hour interviews with a wide variety of people and teams. I was really impressed with the care and attention they put into their hiring process, and the level of buy-in and involvement I saw from staff. I was interviewed by people who'd worked at Echo for 10 years or more, as well as by people who'd only been there a month. It is clearly a company that cares about its people and culture. My final interviews were with the CEO, Graziella Jackson. I was extremely impressed with her. She listened carefully to every answer I gave, answered my questions thoughtfully, and gave the impression that her first and biggest concern was for the career growth of the people who work for her. Although I ultimately went with another opportunity, I felt respected and heard throughout the interview process, and it was a VERY difficult decision for me to make.
