My initial point of contact was with HR where we discussed the details of the role to determine if I was interested and capable.
The next stage involved a group interview with the engineers I would be working with. They asked me some basic technical questions and to speak to my past experiences.
Finally, I Skyped with a more senior engineer and was asked more technical questions and about my preferences with workload.

Interview
Initially there was a phone interview where they just got to know you and talked about yourself and your hobbies and they told you about the position and gave you the opportunity to ask initial questions. The in person interview was with 3 people and they asked technical and behavioural questions and specifics in your resume. Also there were some scenario questions
