Within 3 days of applying, I was offered an interview. Met with one person, who described the position, reviewed my credentials, and we discussed the role within the company and its importance. More of a conversational interview.

Interview
Once selected for an interview I was reached out to by a director. Once I was in the interview we discussed my interest in the position and I was given an overview of responsibilities. Then I shadowed a current counselor and group of clients. After I was given a brief tour of the property via golf cart. Then I was asked to sign some forms and complete an online screening called the Diana Test (I believe) was directed to an online platform for additional paperwork if I wanted the position. Bring walking shoes or expect to get a little dirty, be prepared to be near clients and observe.
