The first phase was completed by a phone call. Some questions regarding my CV and experience were asked. The second phase was an interview with a senior engineer and a director. During the interview, they introduced the company and the working environment in detail and asked about the technical details of the projects represented in my portfolio. They asked about my architectural drawing program knowledge as well.
