A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. The process was overwhelming. I responded to the message on LinkedIn and right away the recruiter called me. No warning or asked if I was available to chat about the role. This role was for a temp position. Overall the process was annoying, where some things can be said in an email instead of calling me multiple times in a day for an update in each step of the process.
It was fast. I think they really need the role be filled.
Recruitment is very accommodating.
It ran for just about one to two weeks.
From initial interview to job offer.
