Nothing structured. They led with questions that indicated they had not read my resume. Sometimes the questions were asked in a negatively, pointed way. I spoke with a manager, first, then was grilled by seven people at once. After this panel another panel came in and barely paid attention to what I said. The wrap up was with two more people, one of which was the nicest person I spoke with at this company. I felt as if my time had been wasted. If they didn't want to hire me, why would they bring me in and make me feel as if I were inadequate when my credentials were more than enough to get the job.
It was the most negative interview I've ever had and I would not suggest applying here.
