Firstly, there was a application review. The second step was the interview with a division head where I applied. The third step was a presentation to commitee members. The last step was an top management interview.

Interview consists of three phases. First phase consists of a sit-in interview with the division managers. Second phase consists of a presentation in front of the managers. Third phase consists of a final 1:1 interview the chief executive or president.
