Interview
Step 1.) Screened via phonecall by a current HR employee at EcoTarium. Step 2.) First interview via virtual meeting (have video and audio ready) 2 current leading EcoTarium staff as the interviewers. Step 3.) In-person second interview at the establishment "meet and greet" feel. Asking situational/behavioral questions whilst walking through the workplace to get the pulse. Lots of phone calls, lots of emails, overall process post-pandemic took just about 6 to 8 weeks. Very long screening/interview process. Be prepared to have HR be your best friend.

"Typically we like to close the 2nd interview with a 5 to 10 minute visit in the Presidents' office, and would you be comfortable to be able to touch on and speak to what gets you excited to jump into the position? And mention the key goal we project the team you're joining should improve upon?"

Interview
There was one phone call and one onsite interview (pre-covid). The IA director was very nice and a great boss (who I worked under). Other interviewers were a bit intimidating but they no longer work there.
