I actually enjoyed the interview process. Jamie from HR was really helpful while guiding me through the transparent process. After an interview with Jamie I had an interview with one of the EcoTrek founders. We talked about sustainability in general and what he needs and if it fits my experience. Then I had a last interview with another EcoTrek founder and two of my future team members, both of them data scientists. We talked a lot about what my interests are and what I did technology wise and they asked some details about what I said I did.
