Ecom Capital interview questions

Interview process started with a pre-recorded video interview where you answer set questions within a time limit. The format was straightforward and easy to use, but definitely tests how well you can think and communicate under pressure without speaking to someone directly. Questions were mainly focused on sales ability, communication skills, motivation, confidence, and handling customer interactions. They also asked about previous work experience and why you wanted to join Ecom Capital.
