Absolutely pathetic. Company makes you go through 5-6 rounds of interviews but ends up rejecting all the candidates. They shortlisted people from tech background for a non-tech role, then rejected all of them saying their background and skills don't align with the role (shouldn't hv shortlisted them in the first place then). Whole interview process is a waste of time. This isn't just about me, it has happened to 30+ of my batchmates. Nothing positive to say abt this company.
