The telephone conversation you had with our Special Education Teacher Recruiter was not a job interview but a screening process, where we understand more about your preferences, strengths and skills; and then match you to best potential jobs we currently have. We also use this as an opportunity to give you information about the company, salary, benefits, bonuses etc. Part of the session is where our recruiter also explains the travel work model which gives out of state job seekers to experience California - the place, the culture and also benefit financially, and which is perfectly within the laws of the land,as long as they qualify to work as a traveler based on the determining factors. We are a credible company where we have employees working successfully and happily as travelers, after relocating from out of state and out of the country. We also offset their initial expenses in terms of transition with assistance in relocation.
