2 interviews. 1 with new hire trainer and 1 with the General Manager. They ask questions pertaining to experience and make sure to illustrate the approach they want Servers to have to their brand.
Two interviews with sales manager and general manager. The interview was fairly easy, speaking about experience which you definitely need at this job, along with fine dining etiquette. Also know your wine, Eddie V’s has a heavy focus on wine.
I had a positive experience with the best manager ever and making a lot of money alongside hard workers and how I deal with conflict was improved a lot so thank you for the question and the time
