Interview
Somewhat disorganized and amateurish interview process and participants. Of the six individuals involved, only two demonstrated real experience or expertise in talent acquisition. The rest were either pre-occupied (one was on her I-Phone or computer throughout the interview, with a large vase of flowers between us), smugly arrogant or simply clueless about what questions to ask, or even how to conduct an interview.
