Interview
The interview process was very straight forward and timely. After submitting the application I had a phone screen. From the phone screen there were interviews with several HR team members and an interview with the head of the company that I would be supporting.

Many of the questions asked revolved around my overall experience as an HR professional. There was a big focus on change management and the rollout and implementation of policies.
