It was a person to person interview but now I believe they do Skype interviews. Very easy going interview process as long as your prepared to answer the usual questions they ask.

They reached out really fast, interview itself lasted about 20 minutes, was really nice, we talked about my previous experience as a cook and also they explained me how it looks there, how tasks are assigned etc.
