Applied online through their website and was contacted two weeks later for a phone interview. After passing the phone screen, I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the Director the position reported to and another VP of a related department. They rescheduled this interview time with me twice because of the interviewers' schedule conflicts. When the in person interview finally happened, the recruiter was pleasant, and so were the two interviewers. They had a printed list of prescribed questions where the answers became somewhat repetitive. My negative experience from this process was that after what I felt to be a fairly decent interview, I followed up with all three (the recruiter, and two interviewers) but never received a response from any of them. Why even bother to give your card to someone if you are not going to even respond to an email from that person? One of the interviewers even went out of her way to go to her office to grab a business card to give to me. When you spend an hour interviewing someone after rescheduling twice and having them commute an hour out to the office, it would be nice to have the recruiter at least send a courtesy rejection email. Perhaps this is just the industry standard now, but it tainted my initially decent interview process experience.
