Eden Project Chef interview questions

I applied via the internet filling out a comprehensive application form. Received no confirmation but was contacted over week later and asked to attend an interview at very short notice (couple of hours later). Luckily they stipulated that I could dress casually for the interview as I was on the beach when contacted!
