I reached out to a recruiter via LinkedIn after submitting my application. After a phone screen and a 1 hour assessment I was scheduled for a second round with the CSO the following week. A few C Level members of Edge sent connection requests via LinkedIn. One hour before my interview with the CSO I was informed by the recruiter that they would only be looking to move forward with candidates who have logistics specific sales experience. I have several years B2B sales experience with a record of outperforming quota. We were an hour out from the interview. Seems like they should have just done me the courtesy of speaking to me at that point.
