First interview was with the CEO and CTO. They were welcoming, good humoured, technologically knowledgeable, and showed traits of good leadership. They gave me quick, positive feedback, and informed me of the next interview which was scheduled in a timely manner. A week later I met the Business Development Director, who brings decades of experience, magnetic personality, and refreshing enthusiasm. I got the impression this would be a high impact team that I could really contribute to, develop my career with, and be valued. Shortly after I received a fair offer, and after some prompt Q&A accepted. Excited to join a fun and intelligent group of people.
