I reached out to the employment office and they prompted me to send in a resume. I was then contacted by the woman who would become my boss and I came in and interviewed.

I knew someone that was a member at the club so I pretty much had a shoe in. If you know someone that belongs to the club or that works at the club you have a better chance.

There is no interview process. Show up train and show that you have the knowledge and willingness to work and they will accept you as a caddy. It is very simple to work there with the managers and leaders that are currently there.
