      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Edpuzzle in Aug 2025

      Interview

I had a disappointing experience with Edpuzzle’s recruitment process. After a long series of interviews and an extensive case study, I was informed I had been selected and was awaiting the offer letter. Just two days later, I was told the process would not continue due to “internal organizational changes.” This was especially frustrating given that the company had stressed the urgency of the role, which led me to adapt my busy work schedule to accommodate interviews and dedicate an entire weekend to completing the case study within the short five-day deadline. While I understand that circumstances can change, companies should avoid posting roles or advancing candidates so far in the process if there isn’t certainty. Respecting candidates’ time and effort is essential.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We know how much time and energy goes into interviews and case studies, and it’s disappointing when unexpected organizational changes affect the process after you’ve come so far. Your feedback is important, and we’ll use it to make sure we handle these situations with more care in the future. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective, and we wish you the very best moving forward in your career.
