Very lengthy process; very many hours spent meeting more than 12 people in addition to hours of written tests. This is not necessary as those are precious work days that one can be compensated instead of attending unending interviews. Lack of clarity on when the interviews stops, seem one interview after another with repetitive questions being asked. A panel would do much better. Lack of transparency and respect on the candidate's time, which indicated a red flag on the company culture.
