Education Logistics interview questions

Good but I would recommend they improve their mode of interview for better interaction with employees from all around the country. I guess with that, I would say they are quiet decent for anyone

Asked more about the external impression of the company then the job itself. They seem to be very interested in how they are being perceived by hopeful employee's, other then that personality questions to gauge how I would deal with coworker conflict and resolution. No questions regarding my skills or background, no background check performed, references not contacted. Declined the position due to low pay and impression of upper management.
