I received an email shortly after applying and agreed upon a time for a phone interview. The interview was 30 minutes and was very casual. Most of the questions were about my work history and experience working on a team.

Interview
Was very easy and simple. Asked me a couple of basic questions about commitment and my character, as well as conflicts that I've come across. Interviewer was very friendly and it was quick.
They have a phone interview first then an in person interview. Both of which are easy and standard questions. They also spend time taking you through the benefits and selling you on working for them.
