Good process, friendly HR department, good mission, good leadership structure, active board of trustees. Received an email asking if I would like to interview, phone call immediately to schedule, virtual interview started on time and lasted one hour, follow-up emails accepted and second interview scheduled

We sat in the mini office at the summer camp and the person in charge ask a couple questions. And once you're done got put with a group of kids and got right to work.
