Interview
It's primarily focused on subject matter, ability to handle tech stuff (computers, wireless, microphones), and personality. The HR also reviews your resume to do a behavioral type interview and then a subject matter interview. I learned they get a lot of applicants so definitely be prepared to showcase your knowledge.
