Had to take a course, but it wasn’t bad at all! It takes a bit of time but worth it in the long run. You need to get finger printed and pay a sub permit fee. Just a heads up!
The interview process included an initial application review, followed by a panel interview with structured questions. Candidates discussed experience, problem solving, and role knowledge, with time for questions and clarification.
It was a great Experience. It went smoothly and was super easy. Nothing to worry about, just introduce yourself and go from there. I can’t begin to explain how easy it is.
There was no interview. Just sign up, join the workshop, and turn in all required documents. The process is quick. It took about 2 weeks for me to get through the process and into the system.
