Took several months from application to start date. Several meetings with recruiter and hiring manager; case study; panel with four team members; then final w/ VP. Took a toll mentally and emotionally. Seemed like they were on the fence.

Phone screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. We clicked and I thought the discussion went well. Received a phone call from the recruiter that I wouldn't be going forward. I suppose that is better than an impersonal rejection email.
