Three stage process with a combination of regular interview questions and case study. Spoke to a mix of employees and got the opportunity to ask about career prospects and "a day in the life of"

Interview
Initial screening call with HR followed by 3 rounds. Competency focused round 1 with Director/VP. Round 2 case study with Principal and a final in person round with 2 VPs. There was an aptitude online test after round 1. HR responses between the rounds were really prompt and interviews itself gave a good insight into working at the firm.

Interview
Online Numerical Test.If numerical test cleared, in-person interview with two principal consultants for 1.5 hours. General questions around your experience and skills as listed in CV. Motivations for applying, why efficio etc. Was told that i could have a consulting case study as well, but time ran out .
Excel case study was immediately followed after face to face interview . The case study was straight forward and includes use of INDEX, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS functions and was given one hour to complete. Though the formulas/skills required are not complex, the case study was time consuming. If we clear the two rounds, next round would be an interview with CEO.
