It was very easy and straigthforward. You have to memorize the menu to complete an exam and if you pass, you will shadow and train to be a server. Definitely not diffucult at all.

I came in and completed the interview really quickly. It was a pretty casual conversation and the questions were centered around my past experience/ conflicts that I had handled. Make sure you are able to recall your previous experiences! They hired me on the spot.
