Online Application: You'll typically begin by submitting your resume and cover letter through Kearney's online application portal.
Resume Screening: Recruiters will review your application to assess your qualifications and experience.
Potential Phone Screen: If your resume passes the initial screening, you might have a brief phone interview with a recruiter. This is often used to clarify your resume, discuss your interest in Kearney, and assess your basic communication skills.
2. First Round Interviews:
Behavioral Interviews: These interviews focus on your past experiences and how you've handled specific situations. Expect questions that require you to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Case Interviews: This is a crucial component of the first round. You'll be presented with a business problem and asked to analyze it, develop a solution, and present your recommendations.
These could be candidate led, or interviewer led.
Potential combination: In some cases, the behavioral and case interview may be done by the same interviewer.
Location: First round interviews are sometimes done virtually, and sometimes in person.
3. Second Round Interviews
