Ehrhardt + Partner Group interview questions

There were two rounds of (virtual) interviews, the first with an HR employee, and the second with that same HR employee and the general manager I would be working under. During the first interview, I was able to state my preferences as to what section of the company group I would most like to work under.

4 Rounds 2 phone interviews that were related to background and education. 2 on-site interviews one with team lead and another with President of EPG (America). Very slow in responding. Took 3 months for the whole process and then was rejected after so many rounds. Not a very professional approach. Unorganized approach
