I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ekimetrics in Feb 2024
Interview
1st round Technical: an 80-minute online test for Data Scientist.
2nd Scheduling: Scheduled a call for via the company's system
Outcome: Interviewer was a no-show. No call, no explanation.
Follow-up: Sent an email immediately after; ignored for 30+ days.
Total lack of professionalism. Ghosting a candidate after they’ve invested time in a technical test and a scheduled interview is unacceptable.

Interview
The first round is online test through HackerRank. 25 Questions total inclusing 1 coding(pandas) problem and 24 MC. Mostly just Basic Statistics and economics things. Need to finish it within 1 hour but usually 30minitus are enough.
