El Paso Independent School District interview questions

It was nerve racking. I was fresh out of college so I didn't know how to conduct myself in an interview so I had a pretty bad experience. However, even though I did my research and practiced like crazy, I still never got hired for any positions I applied for and when asked, they never tell me what I did or said wrong. Most of the time, they already have someone in mind for positions but still go through interviews anyway.
