I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at El Pollo Loco (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2013
Interview
Asked about previous experience, current status, and future goals. Talked about how being a current student would and would not affect me. Also explained that if I don't get a raise within 6 months, there must be something wrong with the way I work, yet I haven't gotten a raise in the past 18 months, when often get told I work exceptionally well.
The interview was quick and easy, they get straight to the point and ask how you feel about working there and as well as what days you are free to work. After that they explain what the position holds and how you should hold yourself when working.
I applied online. I interviewed at El Pollo Loco (Palmdale, CA)
Interview
It wasn't much of an interview, because I was hired immediately. The interview was short, about 15 minutes. I was told about the environment working there and when I could begin working.
