It has 2 stages. First-round I was in the room with group of approximately 10 people. Took turns to briefly talk about self, like experiences. And then the supervisor started to ask what makes you a good fit for the position like the same took turns. After that, I got contact to come in for the second stage, 1 on 1 interview with the manager.
