I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Electric AI (New York, NY) in July 2025
Interview
I spoke with about 5 different team members across the company. They want to find someone that fits the role and the company. You can tell they take it very seriously and are picky with who they choose to join.
Everyone was very intelligent yet fun. They all made sure I had time to ask my questions and felt aligned before ending the call.
Their recruiting team is incredible. So kind and on top of it. Let you know exactly where you stand in the process and gives good feedback from each call.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electric AI (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Quick and easy interview process, 4 total interviews, 1 screening with recruiter, 1 with the hiring manager, 1 with the team and 1 with the VP. Not including the holidays and whole process took about 2 and a half weeks from beginning to end.
