Very slow responses. After initial phone screening, I’ve been told they will let me know in week time, if I’m invited for an interview. Took them almost 3 weeks, I don’t believe they have so many candidates that process is that slow.

Screening with HR person. They ask you questions about your experience and also tell you a bit about the company. Make sure you go through the requirements so that your profile seems relevant to the role.
