It was in the style of speed dating. Between 8 and 10 employees of the company (including the managers) sat in a circle and the same number of applicants sat in a circle facing them. You get a one-on-one with each staff person for about 5 minutes and then they'd switch one place down.

A brief Skype interview followed by an in-person group meeting. The skype interview was very laid back and I felt very comfortable the whole time. The hiring manager was incredibly kind and answered any questions I had, and left me very satisfied after the interview was over. All and all I'd say the process was incredibly simple, though it helps that I was referred by a current employee.
