Series of online interviews with different members of staff. The first interview was really quite pleasant but by the third with the CEO was much more brutal. Asked a quite odd first question which was certainly off-putting.

Multiple (3) interviews within a span of 6 weeks. Then they promise a 4th interview with Senior Management only to be told oh they changed their mind and the application will not be moving forward. What a waste of time for almost 2 months!

Why do you want to change jobs? , where do you see yourself in 5 years? All the 3 interviews had the same or similar questions.
