A very positive process, with all the friendly people being shown. Later revealed that they showcased very little of the job, glossing over the high amount of clinical Work will be needed.

You will have a preliminary interview with human resources. If that interview goes well you will have a follow-up interview with the executive director. They ask questions about your experience working with seniors in assisted living, and planning programs.
