Their recruiter was very personable and timely with email responses and calls. Questions were mostly on troubleshooting and how to best get to the root of customer needs. I was asked about my background, what types of customers I serviced, what ticketing/tracking systems (such as zendesk, service now, talk desk etc) I've used in the past as well as my methodology for finding solutions.
