Interview
The interview process was very efficient and professional.
The interview lasted a bit more than two hours.
The first part consisted of a task, followed by a discussion of the answers I've given.
The second part of the interview was a traditional Q&A, where I was asked about my prior experience, asked to describe certain types of situations (real or hypothetical), and how I have addressed issues/challenges that I have faced during those situations.
The task was an interesting part of the interview, as it gave me an opportunity to put myself in AM's shoes for half an hour (that included answering emails and calls).
I have asked a few questions at the beginning before the task started, and was given very helpful answers.
It was a great experience overall, as I could tell that the HR manager and head of the department, who interviewed me, were genuinely interested in understanding whether I was the right fit for the role and for the company, so the questions were very diverse, the attitude of the interviewers was very professional, yet, very friendly.

Interview
Initial phone call with HR Manager then during the interview itself, the first hour was a simulated exercise replicating the role of an Element78 Account Manager and the second hour was an interview with the Client Services Team Lead and HR Manager with series of questions about your skills and relevant experience.
