This was one of the most disturbing interview experiences I’ve ever had. I joined a phone call with two product managers, and the interview immediately started with a very specific question about my CV, without giving me the chance to introduce myself or learn about them. I felt attacked, as if they were fixated on one detail of my resume without actually listening to me. On top of that, the whole situation felt disrespectful and unpleasant. I was invited to a phone call with two people, rather than a video call or in person meeting, which felt very inconsiderate. If this is how their recruitment process operates, I can only imagine how it must be to work there and it’s not somewhere I would want to be.

Received a screening call from HR. Two days later had a 20 minutes phone call with the Product Manager Team Lead - wanted to know about my experience and outlook on UX UI and website builders. Received a rejection call a week later. They said I answered all of the questions perfectly but other candidates had more experience with their product.
