I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elementor (Ramat Gan) in July 2025
Interview
The interview process was quick and effective. It was mostly face-to-face in their offices, meeting the managers, team, and related stakeholders, which felt fresh, personal, and helped me to already form a good connection with the people and the product.
The process included:
1. Quick phone call for initial introduction and screening.
2. System design interview with the team leader and another senior engineer from the team.
3. Full-stack home assignment (and yes, you are expected and encouraged to use AI here, as long as you can explain and reason the chosen solution and architecture).
4. Interview with the Head of Product (as it's expected of the engineers on the team to be aligned on the product, mission and have the product manager mindset).
5. R&D manager interview.
6. HR interview.
Overall, the process was quick and effective. I especially appreciated that the process was face-to-face, and did not include any silly LeetCode-style interview questions, which I find a big waste of time, and instead focused more on open-ended questions and discussions about various aspects of software engineering, design, and architecture. In each step, I got a better sense of the company's culture and the vibes at the offices, engineering culture, and expectations, and formed good chemistry with the team and managers.

Question 1
Describe a big project/feature you were working on. What were your considerations when choosing the solution you went with?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elementor (Ramat Gan) in July 2023
Interview
The interview process was almost like any other, We did a phone interview and we moved on to a technical interview with the team leader, got some homework, met with the VP R&D, and at last with the HR. Overall, everyone that I met and talked during this process was really nice and I had a great time talking to each one of them.

Question 1
Q: What am I looking for? Q: What my last team leader will say about me? Q: What's important for you in your work place?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Elementor in May 2023
Interview
There was an initial screening and then a home assignment. They were very poor communicators when it came to giving feedback and were unprofessional when it was to giving the news of a negative result.
