I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eleos Health in Apr 2026
Interview
This was the best recruitment process I have ever experienced as a candidate, effective, efficient, and respectful.
At the beginning, I mentioned that I would be on vacation during Passover and asked whether it would be possible to make use of that time, as I would be more available than during my regular work schedule. The recruiter was incredibly understanding and did everything she could to support this, she also kept me updated during the entire process.
I also had the opportunity to meet a wide range of stakeholders throughout the process (direct manager, teammate, R&D director, recruiter and HR director).
All stages of the recruitment journey were clearly communicated in advance, including their content and expectations, which allowed me to prepare well.
Every interaction, both interviews and conversations, was conducted in a highly respectful and pleasant manner.
Again, the best recruitment process I ever had.

Thank you for sharing your experience working with our team to complete your interview process! We are so glad that you felt supported, prepared and respected. Welcome!
Resume submission, screening interview with recruitment that was largely a behavioral interview and overview of the company, then analytical thinking interview with manager that was partly an overview of the role followed by a couple analytical thinking questions - I did not progress beyond that.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Eleos Health (Tel Aviv) in Dec 2025
Interview
Extremely exhausting process.
The hiring process included two phone interviews, three technical interviews (two of them online and one "on-site"), and one HR interview, all spread across more than two months.
To be fair, the interviewers themselves were friendly, and the technical questions were relevant and professional.
However, the overall coordination and communication were terrible: one interview was missed entirely because the recruiter forgot to inform me about a reschedule.
After completing all stages and waiting almost two weeks after the final HR interview, expecting, as mentioned in that conversation, to be asked for references - BUT : I was instead informed that the company decided to move forward with someone else. That's ok, I have received a "No" before, yet the reason triggered me, I must say:
“Although your technical background matches the position, we fear that the atmosphere you are used to in your current workplace may negatively affect your integration with our company and its vibe.”
If that was truly the concern, why waste my time?
You had my resume from day one and knew exactly where I work and what my background is.
If you already felt I wasn’t a cultural fit, you could have been transparent from the start! Don't drag me through multiple interviews, one of which you didn’t even show up for.
This entire process was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful of candidates’ time.

Fix a rate limiter written in Python and its tests - I was allowed to use AI tools as long as my screen is shared and the interviewer can watch my prompts.
